The Steinel True Presence KNX Detector is a surface-mounted sensor designed to deliver 100% accurate presence detection using advanced high-frequency technology. By sensing micro-movements and vital signs, such as breathing, this detector is able to identify human presence even in complete stillness. The sensor provides coverage of up to Ø 15 metres for movement and Ø 9 metres for True Presence, making it ideal for a range of indoor environments such as classrooms, offices, and conference rooms.
This sensor integrates with KNX systems, offering intelligent control over lighting, HVAC, and environmental systems. It also features Bluetooth connectivity for easy configuration and management, making setup simple and efficient. IP has superior network layer hardware, software and data throughput (whether wired or wireless) with decades of tech industry development. All the benefits of a multi-vendor ecosystem persist.
